Preparations:
1. Wash
tomato. Drop into hot water to remove
skin. Cut into crescent shapes.

broccoli under cool running water. Trim
and peel the stalk. Break the florets

peanut oil to medium hot. Add broccoli
and tomato, sprinkle salt and chicken

bright green and tender-crisp.
