Cauliflower and Cucumber Salad

Materials:

  • cucumber 1
  • cauliflower 1/2
  • small amount of cashew nuts or pine nuts
  • slat 5g
  • chicken stork 5g
  • sesame oil 5ml
  • soy sauce 5ml

Preparations:

1. Wash cucumber and cut into thin slices.

2. Wash cauliflower and break into small pieces. Plunge them into boiling water for a couple of minutes.

3. Mix chicken stoke with sesame oil, salt and soy sauce in a small bowl to make dressing, and season to taste.

4. Add cucumber, cauliflower, cashew nuts to the sauce dressing and mix well.
