
Materials:
- cucumber

- cauliflower

amount of cashew nuts or pine
nuts

- soy
sauce 5ml
Preparations:
1. Wash
cucumber and cut into thin slices.
2. Wash
cauliflower and break into small pieces.
Plunge them into boiling water for a
couple of minutes.
3. Mix
chicken stoke with sesame oil, salt and
soy sauce in a small bowl to make
dressing, and season to taste.
4. Add
cucumber, cauliflower, cashew nuts to the
sauce dressing and mix well.
