Have you ever imagined that you enjoy your grilled steaks in a restaurant then you turn your head and see a cow standing next to you? "Like to have more steaks?" the cow inquires.

You must think it’s a sick joke.

But that is what a patron would experience at a Chinese restaurant in Daduhe, just the meat in your plate is pork and the one standing next to you is a pig, well, to be more precise, a waiter wearing a pig mask. Of course, it’s not an ordinary pig, but the famous Pig in the Chinese classic The Journey to the West. But still, it’s a pig nonetheless.

The restaurant specialized in pork-meat steamboat is called Pigpen, and the boss accordingly ordered his 30 waiters and waitresses to serve the pork to customers in a pig’s capacity.

The newlyweds started their Pride Parade at China Lion Square (华狮广场), scattering red candies along the way, and were met with the cheers and applause from tens of thousands of onlooks at Century Music Square (世纪音乐广场).

Similar street wedding also took place in Huangzhou, in an even bigger scale and prettier setting: 130 new couples from all over the China and overseas wedded by the West Lake (西湖) that is reputed as one of the most romantic spots in China.
