Joke, Joke, Not A Joke in Fact

We Do Care

China watchers see China''s old furnace Chongqing in water

Ms Rights: My heart goes out to the flood victims.

Mr Justice: Should we lift them aboard the boat then?

Ms Rights: No way, I wouldn't want those people to wreck my boat. But we can issue a strong statement, telling them that we do care, and we feel angry that they don't receive the help as promptly as they deserve.

We Shall Pray

An 80-year old priest goes to McDonald's with his 8-year old great-grandson in a raining day when passing a car accident. The old man doesn't want to stop and get out of the car but feels bad for not offering any help, so he says to the boy, “We shall pray.”

So the boy prays: "Please, God, don't let those cars block the entrance to McDonald's.”

It's never too young to be selfish but honest, and too old to be selfish and hypocritical, so let's strive for it.
